Where the site may lack in other categories (see Ease of Use), Party Supplies Hut really shines when it comes to its product selection. The site offers all the normal party supplies (like balloons) along with some not-so-traditional items such as printed toilet paper and neon lights.

The site has one of the most extensive religious categories of any party supplies site we reviewed and offers items for christenings, first communions, bar/bat mitzvahs and much more. Another unique category the company boasts is their “Decade Dances” where you’ll find supplies for specific time periods, from the Roaring '20s all the way through the ‘90s.

Other notable product categories include the site’s personalized favors (candy wrappers, magnets, etc.) and custom printing; many of the products found on the website can be custom printed with a personal message or company logo (additional fees apply).

If you’re looking for gift baskets, Party Supplies Hut is the place to be! In fact, the website is the only one we found that offers them—from gourmet to baby to His and Hers, there’s a charming (and delicious!) gift basket for every occasion.

The website does have a sale/clearance section of discounted and discontinued items but overall, their prices are extremely competitive and even less expensive than some of their competitors. In the unlikely event a user can’t find the party item they need from the top two party supplies sites, they’re certain to find it at Party Supplies Hut!

Customer Service:  

Party Supplies Hut offers the standard customer service options in order to get in contact with the company: an online contact form, email address and toll-free number. They are also one of the few party supplies websites that offers international ordering (at a price, of course).

Party Supplies Hut accepts all major credit cards as a form of payment and schools, hospitals, and government agencies can submit purchase order forms as well. Order tracking, a search bar and FAQs are also available on the site.

While the site offers full refunds for returns (with the exception of personalized items, gift baskets, and worn costumes), customers are required to contact the company within 14 days of the invoice date in order to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This is how the company tracks your return and refunds the correct amount.
